Martin S. LaScola, 75, of Sugar Grove, IL passed away suddenly on August 12, 2018.

Beloved husband of Dorothy, loving father of Debra (late Mark) Dunahugh and Martin (Ana) LaScola; cherished grandfather of Sean Dunahugh, Lauren Dunahugh and Juliana LaScola; loving son of the late Samuel and Catherine LaScola; dear brother of late Margaret (late Frank) Zummo, Dolores (late Vince) Lercara, Anthony (Dorothy) LaScola, Betsy (David) Rowekamp; fond uncle of too many nieces and nephews to mention.

Martin loved spending time outdoors, gardening and enjoying their vacation home in Door County, WI. Martin's most cherished role was that of a loving husband, father and grandfather every day.

Visitation will be held Thursday 4-8 p.m. August 16, 2018 at The Healy Chapel, 370 Division Dr., Sugar Grove, IL 60554. Funeral Mass will be held Friday 10:00 a.m. August 17, 2018 at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, 8S055 Dugan Rd., Sugar Grove, IL 60554 with a visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Interment will take place at Sugar Grove Cemetery.
