Dawnn R. Drury, 65 of Aurora, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Amita Health Mercy Medical Center. She was born July 29, 1953 in Geneva, IL; the daughter of the late Hubert and Faith (Cornell) Wilkerson.

Dawnn worked for many years at Dial Corporation in Montgomery, IL and Illinois Tool Works (ITW) in St. Charles, IL.

Dawnn is survived by her three children, Amy Grewer of Aurora, IL, Kevin (Rhonda) Drury of Montgomery, IL, and Renee' (Thomas) Eby of West York, IL; her ten grandchildren, Krista, Patrick, Tessa, Kendall, Nicholas, Isaiah, Jackson, Andrew, Faith, and Matthew; her two great-grandchildren, Rowen and Leon; her sister, Tammy (David) Gibson of Montgomery, IL; and many other family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle Drury; and her brothers, Lee Wilkerson, Lonnie Wilkerson, and Mark Wilkerson.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at The Healy Chapel, 332 W. Downer Pl., Aurora, IL 60506. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Dawn was my best friend friend back in our teens. Met her at tops big boy her lee an Lonnie all worked there were all friends we had a great time growing up we got in touch on fb and was wanting to talk and we never did. Sorry for that u never n know what time u have left so don't wait. I will miss u dawn knowing u r not there to talk to now patty brackett

Tammy my most heartfelt condolences to you and Dawn's family. And so very sorry to know of your three brothers passing. I knew your family from the 70's when you lived on Lake St.Batavia
I worked with Lonnie, Lee,and Dawn at Big Boy Resturant. Again Iam sorry to hear of your loss.

I am so sad to hear of Dawnn's passing. I will always remember her laugh. We worked together at Dial/VVF until her illness. She always had the BEST 4th of July parties! She truly loved her family! RIP Dawnn!
