Patricia A. Hosler, 75, died peacefully, and with her loved ones on September 11, 2009. She was born on October 14, 1933 in Aurora, Illinois. She married Gerald M. Hosler on September 19, 1959, and resided in Montgomery, IL.

Pat worked at Barber-Greene for 8 years, and was Executive Secretary for 3 years.

Pat was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church of Montgomery, IL for 47 years. She taught Sunday School there for 33 years.

Her passion was writing all her dear friends and family, and especially enjoyed seasonal holidays to "sticker up" the envelopes.

Pat is survived by her husband, Gerald; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Carol (nee Wilson) Hosler; sister, Bette Jean (Ed) Lechelt; 5 grandchildren, Catherine, Michael and Jennifer Hosler and Ryan and Scott Clay and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pat was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Mark Hosler; a sister, Helen Isberg Morris; a brother, Mike Scott; two nephews, Kelley Isberg and Keith Hosler, and a brother-in-law, Wayne Hosler.

Friends and relatives are welcome to visit The Healy Chapel, 332 W. Downer Place, Aurora on Monday, September 14, 2009 from 4-8:30 PM. A funeral service will be at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 63 Fernwood, Montgomery on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 10 AM, where the family will receive friends from 9:30 AM until the service hour. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MS Society or St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
